
Talisa Dwiyani, a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2012, brings her passion for wellness and mindful living to her yoga teaching. After returning to her roots in Ubud, Bali, in 2022, Talisa began sharing her knowledge of yoga, integrating bodily awareness, alignment, and a gentle approach to support her students' health and well-being.
Certified through a 200-hour teacher training program at the Bali Yoga School under the Himalayan Yoga School Association, Talisa specializes in Ashtanga yoga, as well as prenatal yoga. Her teaching style seamlessly integrates bodily awareness, alignment, and a gentle yet profound approach, drawing inspiration from Hatha yoga while cultivating a Vinyasa based flowing breath connection.
In addition to group classes, Talisa offers private sessions tailored to the unique needs of each individual, helping clients develop a deeper connection to their bodies, minds, and breath. She has also contributed her expertise as a prenatal yoga teacher at *Bumi Sehat*, supporting expectant mothers in promoting physical wellness and emotional balance.
Talisa is passionate about empowering others to achieve personal growth through mindful practice, cultivating both physical strength and inner peace.
